By using the Thela Khojo website or app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Thela Khojo is
Thela Khojo is a free directory that helps people find street-food vendors (“thele”) and helps vendors share where they are. We are not a food seller, delivery service or payment platform. Any purchase is directly between you and the vendor.
2. Accounts
- You log in with your own mobile number and must keep access to it secure.
- You must be 18 or older to register as a vendor.
- One mobile number can hold one vendor listing.
3. Vendors
- Your stall name, photos, menu, prices and location must be true and kept up to date.
- You are fully responsible for the food you sell, its quality, hygiene and prices, and for holding any licence or registration the law requires (for example FSSAI registration and local vending permissions).
- Only upload photos you took or have the right to use.
- We review listings and may reject, hide, suspend or remove any listing that is fake, misleading, unsafe or breaks these terms.
4. Customers, ratings and reports
- Ratings must reflect your genuine experience. Don't rate your own stall, or rate on someone else's behalf.
- Reports must be honest. Misuse of reporting may lead to your account being blocked.
- We may hide ratings that look fake or abusive.
5. Not allowed
- Harassing vendors, customers or our team.
- Fake listings, fake locations or fake ratings.
- Trying to break, overload, scrape or misuse the service or other people's accounts.
6. Accuracy and availability
Locations, hours, menus and prices are provided by vendors and may change without notice; a thela may have moved or closed. We try to keep Thela Khojo running smoothly but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Thela Khojo and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from food, transactions or dealings between customers and vendors, or from reliance on information shown in the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using Thela Khojo at any time and ask us to delete your account.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
